Find this point on your back, The point is located on your back where your neck meets up your shoulder, and it is directly above your chest. Find this point and stimulate it for one minute, then repeat on the other side of your body. Repeat this treatment, every single day.

2. Nose bridge

This acupressure point is easy to note, it is right between your eyes and right at your nose bridge. You can activate this point by massaging this point, the massage strokes should be leading away from your eye, towards the bridge of your nose.

3. A dip between your eyebrows

Whenever you have a headache, the first thing you do reach out for the point between your eyes, especially when you are tired. You get relief by pressing this point. It is positioned above your nose bridge, press this point for at least one minute.

4. Breastbone

This point is also known as celiac plexus, you’ll find this point on your breastbone. This acupressure point is a great metabolism-booster. You can restore energy and lose weight. Press this point for a whole minute and repeat this point every day.
